A Defined Target Universe Is Established
We identify thousands of boutique and global search and Private Equity owners and operators, who regularly seek executive-level candidates ($400k to $2M), and introduce the executive to them individually using a structured, multi-pronged approach.
Introductions and Ongoing Visibility
Then we begin a confidential introduction process to thousands of targeted organizations and position the candidate within the established “known candidate” pool. We continue this process until the candidate has been recruited, interviewed, and accepted a new role.
Open Mandate Visibility
We monitor every search firm’s mandates and alert our members to roles that fit their requirements (salary, geography, and remote policy). This provides access to opportunities before they are publicly advertised.
