We only work with top-performing senior executives. We connect those executives to the appropriate search firm practice leaders and their search consultants working on mostly unadvertised leadership positions between $400k and $2M+. We track, evaluate, and either include or reject firms based on how often they fill senior executive roles. Only ~650 firms and ~9,000 recruiters regularly place candidates in the $400k to $2M category. We do the work to get our top candidates introduced to the entire universe of search professionals that recruit at the executive level.
In 2021, our transitioning candidates received between 200 and 2,000 responses each from executive search or private equity firms and dozens of interviews.
The “Right” Private Equity & Venture Capital Firms
Many Senior Executives are interested in opportunities for Boards of Directors or to become an “operating partner” within a Private Equity firm, to manage one or numerous portfolio companies. We enable the top candidates to connect directly with 6,000 principal owners and operators of private equity firms.
